Semirara Mining Corp. among the Top 20 in 2007 Corporate Governance Scorecard for Publicly-Listed Companies in the Philippines

The Company was among the Top 20 Philippine Listed Companies which scored highly in the SEC’s 2007 Corporate Governance Scorecard Project jointly conducted with the Institute of Corporate Directors, PSE and Ateneo Law School.
